Job Description:
The Patient Services Coordinator provides administrative support as required and assists other staff with general office duties. They will also serve as the representative for the clinical building on the Safety Committee (If applicable).
Qualifications:
Successful applicants will:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.

The hourly range for this position is $17.25-$22.40.

Patient Services Coordinator Job Duties:
- Act as a concierge for the program and the agency; welcoming visitors and clients, provide scheduled tours, directing clients and visitors to needed resources/agency partners.
- Provides administrative services such as answering phones, managing mail (electronic and hard copies), inventorying, and ordering supplies.
- Provide document management for client and team members to include medical records, lab requests and reports, insurance and billing, program curriculum, and agency broachers.
- Organize, track and compile data from multiple sources and produce reports.
- Manage admissions and discharges schedules and support with necessary documentation.
- Collect client's mental health histories, physicals, consults, and test results from previous service providers.
- Assist clients with requirements such as paperwork, urinalysis, and appointments.
- Support other agency programs with similar tasks when asked.
- Observe, collect, and handle urinalysis urine samples.
- Administer Covid-19 tests to team members and clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
