The Patient Services Assistant at Fusion Therapy Center will need to be someone who is very detail oriented, a self-starter, a quick learner and a team player.
In order for Fusion to function at its highest potential on a daily basis, the PCC will need to possess flexibility, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to multitask. They will need to communicate with a variety of people involved in the patients care to include patients, parents and work closely with co-workers.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Sending and Confirming Emails
Follow up to emails, phone calls and referrals
Reschedule Evaluations
Send welcome emails to patients
Send and receive patient paperwork
Process tasks as given by managers, permanent schedulers and referrals specialist
Monitor appointments

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
