Health Care can be confusing and complex for patients. The role of the Patient Services specialist is to remove the confusion and complexity for our clients by being understanding and communicating transparently and effectively.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Interacting with patients
- Scheduling patients
- Taking payments
- Faxing and scanning patient documents
- Answering the phone
- Being informed on the services provided
Medical office experience is not necessary, but preferred.
