Job duties of a Patient Services Representative

• answering phones,
• managing patient schedules, and
• troubleshooting company inquiries

Previous customer service experience is required; health-related experience is a plus. Candidates who demonstrate good customer service, written, verbal, and computer skills are required. Candidates with Medical Office and Insurance Verification experience are desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 per hour
