*Call Center Experience*
OMWL is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our Patient Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to be the engine that powers our organization, making an immediate impact on the growth and success of our business. This job’s sole focus is to initiate contact with potential new patients through phone calls, texts, and emails. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, high-energy, and passionate about nutrition and wellness.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Outbound calls, sending texts, emails and covering inbound phone calls to/from potential patients in order to secure new patients appointments
· Performs patient qualifications and/or pre-consultations by providing education and information on the multitude of programs offered.
· Uses passion and strong sales techniques to schedule schedule consultations, creating urgency, and maintain KPls relevant to the role.
· Responsible for follow-up on all leads, setting patient appointments, and updating the CRM, ensuring a final disposition is made on each potential patient inquiry.
· Proficient in all OMWL Prescription and non-Prescription patient programs.
· Follows the standards set forth by OMWL for lead management to maximize revenue results.
· Is flexible, schedule will require evening and weekend hours.
· Adheres to all HIPAA and OSHA protocols.
· Performs other related duties as assigned to benefit the mission of the organization and success of Patient Service team
· Develops and supports all clinics on their rebooking efforts and retention strategies regarding patient loyalty and outcomes.
· Works other calls assignments.
· Any other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QAULIFICATIONS
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· One year+ in sales, customer service or call center environment
· Ability to build rapport quickly with inbound and outbound customers, both internal and external
· Self-motivated, driven, goal oriented, and confident with the ability to work independently and in a team
· Individual must be extremely tech savvy and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Experience using a contact tracking system CRM/EMR. (preferred)
· Experience within the weight loss, nutrition, fitness, medical, spa or related industry. (preferred)
· Experience with setting and reaching quotas. (preferred)
· Ability to work 8 hours a day

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
