Role Summary:

Imua Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Front Office Patient Service Coordinator to join our outpatient practice in our Pukalani/Makawao location. This clinic employs Physical, Occupational, & Massage Therapists- an experienced and passionate team of people who have wonderfully loyal patients and perform as a team to collaborate and challenge each other every day. You will be responsible for helping on the administrative side of delivering patient-centered care which includes answering phone calls to help direct patients' care, greeting and assisting patients in/out of our clinic, scheduling new patients for their initial evaluations and helping to seek out prescriptions and authorizations for continued physical, occupational & massage therapy.

What you need to be successful:
* Provide excellent customer service in an outpatient clinic setting
* Communicate well with our patients and other team members
* Ability to work closely with all clinic staff- other Patient Service Coordinators, PT's, PTA's and massage therapists- to create positive patient experiences, cultivate strong team relationships, and build morale.
* Ability to be consistent with a weekly schedule 7:30-4:30
* Ability to be adaptable with team members, be enthusiastic and proactive to get patients scheduled and to help create a positive impact in people's lives.
*Strong administrative skills, enjoys office work.
Qualifications:
**Medical or Customer Service Experience
**Attention to detail and task-oriented office work
**HS graduate or Associates degree at minimum
**Computer skills, including the ability to use gmail, office/excel type programs or experience with Electronic Medical Records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
