This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position is 100% remote.

We are seeking a Patient Relations Representativeto:
- Serve as an initial contact for patients, families, visitors, and staff.
- Perform the initial intake for incoming issues (including patient grievances/complaints and contacts from staff).
- Manage grievances/complaints and other cases with low to moderate complexity.

Education :
Minimum – Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or Health Care related field
Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or Health Care Related field
Work Experience :
Minimum – Six (6) months experience in customer service handling service recovery and/or dispute resolution
Preferred – One (1) year patient contact, health care related experience
