Patient Registration Manager (FT) | Business Services | Ames | 2024-004

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for Patient Registration Manager for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include: Hires, trains, and manages Patient Registration staff. Oversees the day to day operations of staff and related processes at multiple clinic locations. Creates staffing schedules to ensures appropriate coverage. Assigns and monitors registration-related work queues, reports, and tasks. Acts as a subject matter expect for Patient Registration workflows, process enhancements, and software updates.

Education

• High School Diploma, GED or HiSet
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred.

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience

• Minimum of two years medical office experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
