Registration of patients presenting to MUSC Health Marion Medical Center. Conducts patient interviews to obtain registration information, complete required forms and obtains signatures. Represents MUSC Health Marion Medical Center as the focal point for all initial communications.

Receives and provides information to patients, significant others, healthcare team members and hospital guests in a courteous and professional manner. Provides an accurate and timely registration process to the patient population.

Additional Job Description

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent education.

Experience:

Minimum of 6 months customer service preferred. Knowledge of computers, and other standard office equipment required. Medical office experience preferred.

Licenses/Certificates:

Work Keys preferred.
