Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to type 25 to 35 wpm, strong internet and computer skills, have a professional manner, strong training experience.
Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or GED required. BA or currently enrolled in a BA program,
Bi-lingual skills are strongly preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, French, Cantonese, Korean, Urdu, other) Preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
One year experience
