What you will do

In this vital role you will manage enterprise-level programs and collateral in support of Patient Services’ goal of assisting patients with treatment initiation, adherence and compliance. This position will be responsible for management of PAL live programs, including patient and office staff programming, in addition to other programs that support Patient Engagement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and handle PAL programs across all RDBU brands, including Access Education programs and Community Connections programs to ensure appropriate utilization and compliance.
Partner with Access Strategy team on content development for Access Education programs to enhance office staff understanding of patient pull-through process.
Develop content for Community Connections patient programs in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Partner with Commercial Operations team to improve success of Access Education/Community Connections programs, including management of program portal, program reports, speaker bureau oversight, and training for speakers.
Collaborate with training team to ensure PALs are trained on programs and guardrails and support standard process sharing across the organization
Ensure programs are compliant with Amgen requirements related to speaker and patient programming.
Engage externally to understand patient services marketing standard processes
Define, monitor and report on KPIs related to PAL live programs.
Collaborate with Patient Engagement team and patient services team to develop strategic marketing plans as input into the brand-specific annual planning process.
Run budget, evaluate cost effectiveness of spend and ensure appropriate allocation of resources.
Work closely, with regulatory, legal and medical affairs on program and content development and to handle tactics through the PRC process.
Demonstrate strong project management capabilities.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills to handle agency relationships and agency deliverables.
Have a detailed history of success that supports ability to collaborate broadly and demonstrate influence without authority.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant healthcare marketing and/or experience running patient or HCP programs in the healthcare industry experience
Or
Master’s degree and 4 years of relevant healthcare marketing and/or experience running patient or HCP programs in the healthcare industry experience
Or
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant healthcare marketing and/or experience running patient or HCP programs in the healthcare industry experience
Or
Associate’s degree and 10 years of relevant healthcare marketing and/or experience running patient or HCP programs in the healthcare industry experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of relevant healthcare marketing and/or experience running patient or HCP programs in the healthcare industry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise working across multiple projects and handling multiple external vendors
Requires approximately 10-15% travel, including some overnight and weekend commitments
Strong planning, project management, communication, and organization skills
Team-oriented attitude with demonstrated success as a valued colleague within a cross-functional team
Experienced in managing tactics through the regulatory approval process
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Professional, proactive demeanor
Strong social skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $149,913 .00 to $183,228 .00. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
