Patient Counseling Pharmacist

Advanced Rx is seeking to add a Patient Counseling Pharmacist to the team! This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals seeking to transition away from the retail setting of large corporate pharmacies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Counsel patients over the phone on their compounded medications
• Receive verbal orders
• Clarify prescriptions with doctors' offices
• Verify/check prescriptions

Requirements:

• Active PA Pharmacist License
• Excellent communication and computer navigation skills
• Genuinely enjoy talking to patients
• Attention to detail
• Someone who likes to have fun at work
• NO COMPOUNDING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! We will teach you everything you need to know

What Advanced Rx can offer you:

• Consistent, full-time hours
  • 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Monday through Friday
    • Rotating Saturdays - 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM every 5th Saturday
  • The candidate must be willing to work 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM in Fall of 2024
