How you’ll make a difference:
You’ll be a crucial part of improving others’ lives by connecting them to mental healthcare. WellQor’s Patient Coordinators field new client inquiries, make lasting care matches between clients and therapists, and act as an ongoing support person for the client on their therapeutic journey. We are looking for an energetic, highly organized, and compassionate individual to join our team and help us ensure that every patient has the best possible experience with WellQor.
The ideal candidate will be an empathetic and inquisitive person with strong communication skills. They should also be able to respond to shifting tasks, projects, and processes while effectively managing their time. The Patient Coordinator is a mission critical work-from-home position that is connected with our energetic and engaging team whose focus is on positively impacting the lives of our patients.
In this role you’ll get to:
- Serve as an ambassador for the benefits of therapy and effectively explain to clients how we can help them.
- Work from home with a friendly and engaging team.
- Assess new clients’ needs and compatibility with our treatment programs.
- Make matches between clients and therapists based on a client’s needs, preferences, and personality traits.
- Answer and respond to client calls and emails.
- Use WellQors CRM systems to efficiently manage and track the client journey.
- Use our tools to determine insurance eligibility and communicate co-payments and other out-of-pocket costs to clients.
- Schedule clients onto therapists’ calendars in our EHR system.
- Communicate with clients on issues related to changes to insurance, scheduling, and care.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for working with patients seeking mental healthcare.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in a medical front office administrative environment preferred.
- Strong computer skills and comfort using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other systems to manage information and key metrics.
- Familiarity with checking and interpreting insurance eligibility results preferred.
- Candidate must have access to a quiet workspace to conduct client phone calls

Compensation Details:
The salary for this position will range from $35000 to $40000 annually with chances for merit-based raises and internal promotions. Required working hours are Monday-Friday 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM CST. Compensation will vary based on a candidate’s skills, prior experience, and the unique qualities they bring to the team.
