SalaryVillage Dental is a growing, modern, patient focused, dental practice seeking the ideal candidate to fulfill the position of Patient Concierge. We would like for the candidate to have at least 2 years of customer service experience. The ideal candidate must possess personable qualities and LOVE interacting with people. Being reliable and punctual is a must and paramount. Looking for a bubbly, infectious personality to contribute to our high level of customer service and dentistry. The qualified candidate will be required to complete the following responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Greet patients with excitement and develop rapport quickly.
- Answer new and existing patient phone calls.
- Respond to new and existing patient emails.
- Schedule existing patients’ operative appointments by following up on outstanding treatment.
