Patient Care Specialist, Budtender (Full Time Only)

We are currently searching for passionate and motivated individuals for our medical cannabis dispensary. We seek individuals with a gift for customer service and education as well as professional demeanor. Exceptional customer relationship skills are a must as well as the ability to learn, retain and convey knowledge of the products, their uses and effects.

The Patient Care Specialist will be responsible for assessing the needs of patients, educating and guiding them to products best suited to meet their needs. A successful Patient Care Specialist will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals, provide excellent customers service and create a positive and professional environment for patients. As the direct interface with customers the Patient Care Specialist must create a memorable experience that builds loyalty and trust with Blair Wellness.

Pay is $16-$19 depending on the experience.

Patient Care Specialistsare responsible for or required to have:

- 1+ years of retail, service (cannabis experience/knowledge a plus).Exceptional communication and organizational skills

- Maintaining inventory records according to state regulations to ensure complete compliance.

- Excellent math skills

- Attention to cleanliness and detail – per the standard operating procedures

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

- Must be 21 years of age . Must submit and pass criminal background check and drug screen per Maryland State regulations

- Flexibility in scheduling (including weekend and evening hours)

- Desire to be a part of a best in class team driven to bring compassion and solutions to the patients of Maryland

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
