Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist

Medical Receptionist EXPERIENCED, ONLY, please.

Cahaba Valley Rd/Pelham area medical practice seeks an outgoing and vibrant Patient Care Coordinator with medical front office experience to join our practice. Successful candidate will be service oriented and possess strong organizational and communications skills. A detail-oriented, team-player with a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task is required.

The ideal candidate has a smiling demeanor and contagious enthusiasm, a passion for helping people achieve their best healthcare goals and possess a 100% positive mental attitude and focus; personal problems left at home.

This front desk position requires excellent phone and interpersonal skills, scheduling, calling in RX's, collecting co-pays and fees for service, answering patient inquiries regarding services and other duties as assigned.
