Location: Blush Medical Spa, Glastonbury, CT

Blush Medical Spa is seeking a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and ensuring that their experience at our spa is a positive one.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage
• Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork
• Provide patients with information about our services and products
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries
• Follow up with patients to ensure their satisfaction with our services

• Previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology practice.
• Must have the ability to understand the goals of the practice and work to create the plan of action to obtain the goals independently.
• Professional experience and attitude with the ability to relate well with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.
• Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills
• Must have the ability to handle confidentiality issues.
• Dedicated to vision and practice goals.
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
