Job Summary
Answers phone calls and transfers to appropriate people in a timely manner. Takes phone messages as needed. Schedules appointments. Check patients in, verifies demographics and collects time of service receipts. Coordinates the flow of patients through managing supplies, equipment, phone calls and assisting provider with various responsibilities as requested. Performs general clerical duties.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree; one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Work Schedule
- Ability to work various shifts as scheduled
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $17.50 - $21.25 per hour
