Our Hearing Health Clinic is looking for a Patient Assistant who is passionate about helping others. This position requires interacting with patients, collecting patient information and verifying insurance, as well as distributing forms, answering phones and filing paperwork. The position also requires working one on one with patients and providers to assist in direct Patient Care. We are looking for individuals who can work well under pressure, have a high attention to detail and who have a desire to serve the community.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from patients.
- Answers patients' questions regarding scheduling and insurance payments.
- Answer patients' questions.
- Pass on messages to the doctor.
- Enter data into a computer system.
- Interact directly with the patient in one on one counseling
- Clean, maintain, & repair hearing devices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
