- Casual FTE
- day/eve/night
- as needed weekend rotation
- pay is $20/hr
- eligible for shift differentials: $2/hr for evenings, $3/hr for nights, $2/hr for weekends
Please note: this position has a requirement of responding to Northland 30 minutes after being called in.

Responsibilities/Job Description:The Patient Attendant will be responsible for:
- Ensuring patient safety through close and constant observation of the patient
- Observing for real and potential threats to the patient’s safety and initiating appropriate action to prevent patient harm
- Reporting observations directly to the patient’s assigned nurse or to the unit’s charge nurse
- Detailing observations in the designated appropriate manner
- Providing high quality patient care at all times
- Foster a culture of improvement, efficiency, and innovative thinking
- Perform other duties as assigned
