Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Remote Patient Appointment Scheduler. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient scheduling of Patient Appointments and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule Patient Appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of available slots.
• Contact new referrals and existing patients to schedule appointments, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, address inquiries, and ensure a positive experience throughout the scheduling process.
• Demonstrate reliability and consistency in attendance and performance to ensure smooth operations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to coordinate schedules and optimize patient flow.
• Actively participate in bonus opportunities based on performance and meeting set targets.

Qualifications:

• Friendly and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound phone calls
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated reliability in previous roles.

• Basic proficiency in computer applications and scheduling software.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or healthcare administration is a plus.
