Available shifts
- Flex hours, Monday-Friday. You will work hours between 8am-5pm as needed.
What you can expect from this role
- This non-patient facing position supports financial health by validating insurance and benefits
- Submitting and monitoring insurance prior authorizations for various services at St. Luke's, and navigating pre-service denials.
- This position works with patients, physicians, nurses, clinic managers, registration, and financial advocates to resolve issues that arise during the prior authorization process.
- Use a variety of technologies, tools and resources to support departmental workflows
Minimum qualifications for this role
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
