Patient Access Representative - Second Shift Opportunities

Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for Patient Access Representative's to work on the south side of Milwaukee. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have an interest in getting into a healthcare position with an established organization.

*SCHEDULE*

* Full time positions on 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm or 3:30pm -11:00pm)
* Requirement to work every third weekend
* Position includes a rotating Holiday schedule
* Pay: $17.00/hr
*SUMMARY*

Works with patients, physicians, office staff, clinicians, and employers to obtain and accurately record necessary demographic and financial information. Effectively communicates registration information to internal and external customers, while maintaining a focus on customer service and patient confidentiality.

*KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS*

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Proficient in use of a personal computer
* Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
* Customer service oriented with a strong interpersonal skills and phone etiquette

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Healthcare setting:

• Hospital
• Medical office

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
