To greet and register all incoming patients arriving at the registration area, verifying necessary information and collecting all up-front payments. To handle booking of appointments for providers within the Clinic, both by phone and in person, relaying necessary messages and coordinating efforts with providers and assistants Performs administrative duties under the supervision of the Practice Manager.
High School diploma or GED required. Must pass typing test with minimum of 25 wpm. Must pass general math test. Previous computer knowledge required. Knowledge of Revenue Management Cycle as well as Word and Excel programs preferred. EXPERIENCE: One year of related work experience required. Excellent guest service, communication and multi-tasking skills required.
