We are professional, agile and innovative new restaurant concept here in Triangle Area. We operate out of a Commissary Kitchen called The Kitchen Space. Our concepts are ghost kitchen curbside pickup and delivery.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our team. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads. If you have a love for creating delicious and visually appealing treats, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Create, Prepare, and bake a wide range of pastries, desserts, and breads according to owners vision to scale.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with precision and creativity
- Ensure proper food handling and storage techniques are followed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pastry recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering necessary ingredients and supplies
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, including cake decorating, bread making, and dessert preparation
- Proficient knife skills for precise cutting and shaping
- Familiarity with food handling and safety procedures
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
