Spray Dry Packer is needed in a detail-oriented and efficient team at DSM- Firmenich. As a Paste and Oils Operator you will need a strong understanding of quality control and safety protocols to handle our product with the utmost care. A packer will also need to be able to accurately measure and label finished material throughout the process. Being able to work efficiently under pressure enables the company to meet tight deadlines and keep a smooth production flow.

Your key responsibilities

• Can accurately weigh raw materials uses product code, batch numbers and SU's for verifying ingredients are used
• Accurate addition of materials according to work order sheet, doing so in a timely fashion
• Accurately fill a daily packing sheet, ensure packaging and labeling of finish product meets the needs of customer or internal usages per instructions
• Assist in the pre-weighing of materials, washing of tanks and materials used in daily production
• Provide accurate count and packing sheets for daily production
• Capable of performing or following GMP's to provide a quality product, enforces safety rules and procedures

You bring

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Ability to Lift 50 lbs on a repetitive basis and standing for long periods of time
• Ability to wear a respirator and other PPE per company policy
• Basic math skills
• Detail oriented
• Team oriented
