Passenger Services Shift Manager

Duties:

The responsibilities of this position include planning, scheduling and directing employees who perform wheelchair assistance and other passenger assistance services in their daily assignments. Duty managers are also responsible for coordinating with Prospect supervisors and airline agents to ensure passengers are assisted in a safe and timely manner to and from their departing, arriving, and connecting flights, that equipment is set-up in advance, and safety procedures are followed consistently, including performing audits.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a federal background check
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to physically perform required work
• Professional appearance
• Customer service skills
• Dependable, self motivated and responsible - must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including nights, early mornings, and weekends - must have open availability
• Prior leadership experience is required, aviation experience is preferred
