G2 Secure Staff supervisors are responsible for supervising and directing the work of Passenger Service agents who support the airport operations of G2’s airline clients. Supervisors assist the Airline Account Manager with airline and administrative processes to exceed all quality, safety and performance standards while providing outstanding customer service. Manage personnel to ensure adequate staffing and provide guidance, mentoring and assistance to agents as needed.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in the airline industry (Highly preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years of age (Required)
- Drivers License (Required)
- Minimum 1 year experience Data Analyst (Highly Preferred)
- Ability to read, speak and understand English
- Minimum 1 year of Supervisor experience w/ hourly direct reports (*_Required)*_
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft software
- Pass an extensive post-offer pre-employment drug test, background check and criminal history record check required to obtain access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays to serve airline passengers (Required)
