SalaryWe are seeking a highly motivated, hard working individual to join our team as a part-time Party Coordinator/Manager!
Pay- $18-20/hr plus tips on each party
Hours: Weekends
Friday- 4-8 pm
Saturday- 11-6 pm
Sunday- 10-8 pm OR 1-8 pm
20-26 hours per week with potential for more hours if wanted! Outside of work hours would include computer work from home (sending out and creating party contracts, answering emails and managing inventory).
*minimum of 3 weekends per month*
Job Description:
Greets guests upon entering with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions
Keeps all coordinators promptly informed of all problems or unusual matters
Provides timely and accurate service while managing party times and communicating information as needed to guests, managers and owners.
Ensures all children and adults adhere to rules and policies
Assists in the cleanliness and organizations of play equipment
Assists with the set up and break down of parties and special events
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related field
Can work independently and as a team
Organized, ability to multi-task and complete several projects at one time
Preferably 1-2 years working in a retail/sales environment but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 26 per week
