Crown Lift Trucks is opening a new location in the Phoenix, AZ area and is seeking qualified candidates for multiple positions.
PARTS SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings with parts personnel to coordinate activities
- Set and review parts inventory levels, monitor overstocked and understocked parts, and assist with periodic return of overstocked items to corporate office
- May oversee parts fleet vehicle maintenance
- May review and approve vendor invoices
- Conduct and participate in parts strategy meetings, including assisting with account strategy
- Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers at end user locations, participate in product demonstrations, and address customer service issues
- Select, train, develop, and counsel direct reports
- Assist manager with budget preparation
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Preferred qualifications include associate degree and five to seven years of experience in parts distribution, inventory control, warehouse management, lift truck industry, or automotive industry
