We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and providing exceptional Customer Service, also service writing for repair maintenance. If you have mechanical knowledge and experience. Must be a team player.
```Duties```
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels
- Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
- Assist customers with parts inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and order management systems to track inventory and process orders
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and negotiate pricing when necessary
```Qualifications```
- Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in outdoor power equipment repair or service industry
- Knowledge of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and their specifications
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
