Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for procuring and managing parts inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall operations of our dealership.
Duties:
- Procure parts from suppliers and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their automotive needs
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize inventory management, data entry, and order processing
- Collaborate with warehouse management to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of parts
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels and minimize backorders
- Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Assist in automotive diagnostics and equipment repair as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Parts Specialist or similar role within a dealership or automotive industry is preferred

- Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles and practices
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and supplier management
- Basic understanding of automotive diagnostics and equipment repair
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
