Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist will work within our parts department providing parts support to our customers and technicians. They will also work to properly maintain all parts inventories. There are consistent opportunities to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

• Assist technicians and customers in identifying and ordering needed parts.
• Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians.
• Order parts and develop relationships with outside vendors.
• Enhance customer service and satisfaction with parts support and by responding to customer requests/concerns.
• Maintain parts inventories.
• Process paperwork and assist in preparing quotes.
• Process shipping and receiving orders and unload trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• The right person for this position will strive to provide the best possible service to our customers.
• General mechanical aptitude and ability to understand mechanical systems.
• Previous parts look-up experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn and navigate different parts acquisition and inventory systems.
