Zoresco has an opening at our Oakwood Village, OH location for a Parts & Service Counterperson

• Greet customers on the phone and in person to assist for their parts and service needs
• Identify customer needs and generate a parts and/or service quote and/or order
• Maintain customer communication relating to cost and expected lead times for parts and repairs
• Work closely with the Service Manager and Warehouse personnel to schedule all necessary activities
• Assist in vendor related warranties
• Order necessary parts

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Well organized.
• Strong computer skills,
• Proficient in standard office software; Word, Excel, Outlook
• Knowledge of vehicles and truck equipment a plus.
• Detail oriented, self-sufficient professional with a “make it happen" attitude and approach
• Self-starter and self-motivated person
• Ability and desire to learn
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and substance screening
