Counter Person
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments and provide receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
- Order tires and automobile parts
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and sales totals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy counter area and keep track of inventory.
- Excellent math skills for accurate calculations and pricing.
- Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to provide exceptional customer service.
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and proper stock levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in a retail or dealership setting is preferred but not required.
