Job Description
Job Title: Parts Representative
Reports To: Parts Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary: Assists with the managing, accurate receiving, and tracking of parts for top-rated lawn care equipment across the United States by performing the duties necessary to achieve success.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Facilitates communication and deliveries to production for new rigs and repairs
- Takes orders over the phone, email, and text
- Has an intimate knowledge with Fishbowl (our POS system)
- Ships and receives products and parts
- General janitorial duties of the warehouse and its facilities
- Counts and organizes inventory
- Safe forklift operation
- Customer service and lite troubleshooting
- Takes payments from customers
- Delivers parts for assembly
- Is comfortable doing things the Graham Spray Equipment Way
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous forklift experience required.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook, and Fishbowl.
