We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team as a Parts OrderFiller & UPS Order Processor. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing Parts Orders, processing UPS orders, and utilizing computer systems, including SAP software, to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Responsibilities:

- Efficiently pick and pack Parts Orders according to customer specifications and company standards

- Utilize computer systems, including SAP software, to process UPS orders accurately and in a timely manner

- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of orders to meet shipping requirements and minimize damage

- Collaborate with the shipping department to coordinate outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers

- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels and reconcile any discrepancies

- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of inventory control procedures to minimize errors and improve overall efficiency

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and best practices

- Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed, such as restocking shelves or organizing inventory

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately pick and pack orders

- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using SAP software or similar inventory management systems

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity targets and deadlines

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends, as required

Physical Requirements of the Position:

• Ability to independently lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Move and walk within office, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environments without assistance or restriction.
• Bend, stoop, lean, twist, squat alternately, continuously throughout the day.
• Unrestricted and full range of whole-body movements and manual dexterity to move, lift, and grasp products.
• Visual acuity to assure quality and accuracy.
• Write by hand.
