Integrity Fleet Services is growing fast and looking for a dependable and experienced Parts Manager looking to grow with us and help us take the company to the next level!

_ Responsibilities of Parts Manager Includes:_

  • Ensure all parts department operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Forecast goals and objectives to maintain a well-balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, shop and eventually wholesale accounts, and the do-it-yourself public and strives to meet them
  • Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Ensure that all parts are properly tagged so that the company recovers full credit for any returns
  • Supervise and maintain stock order procedures
  • Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals
  • Work with the service team to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal and/or external jobs
  • Analyze departmental operations and storage layout and revises as needed for maximum effectiveness
  • Enforce safety requirements, including but not limited to forklift training and operation
  • Maintains clean and safe work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
  • Maintains parts and supplies inventory by receiving, inspecting, and verifying items; identifying and storing items; recording location; reordering items.
  • Verifies inventory by conducting physical counts.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that may affect parts sales
  • Improve parts management systems, processes, and best practices
  • Monitoring and managing the current parts inventory
  • Pricing parts to maintain profitability
  • Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company's overall goals
  • Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
  • Providing customers with product /parts information and availability, estimated time of arrival, and product recommendations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise department team members
  • Inspiring and motivating parts team to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives
  • Vendor loyalty building
  • Be willing to wear whatever hat is needed for the good of team members and for the good of the company.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 2 years' service industry experience
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • Strong organizational skills and record keeping
  • Excellent ability to work well with others as a team member
  • MUST be self-manageable with excellent execution skills
  • Strong attention to detail- Must be detail oriented and have solid communication skills
  • Have the ability to multitask and support the fast-paced demands of our business
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent vendor relations skills
  • Ability to operate under high stress
  • Must be able to work in fast paced working environment
  • Heavy interaction with multiple departments required (Service, Accounting, and Sales)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral - Able to communicate clearly and professionally at all times
  • Must be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
  • Must have enthusiasm for training and motivating the team and be involved in their career development
  • Strong work ethic and drive to achieve goals
  • Must be able to manage customer expectations, lead employees and be flexible with both while meeting objectives

Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of FullBay, QuickBooks, outlook, Teams, and excel
