Lead a team of 2-4 associates in efficiently supplying parts for device repairs. Manage inventory levels, purchase parts, and oversee personnel tasks. Drive operational efficiency, analyze key performance indicators, and foster employee engagement.
Essential Functions:
- Lead parts procurement team.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Manage $500k+ parts inventory.
- Coordinate unit breakdowns for comprehensive parts coverage.
- Handle personnel management tasks.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan and participate in employee engagement events.
- Coordinate with support groups.
- Ensure parts department organization and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in warehouse management and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS and Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage people.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Pass a background check.
