Parts Manager

Lead a team of 2-4 associates in efficiently supplying parts for device repairs. Manage inventory levels, purchase parts, and oversee personnel tasks. Drive operational efficiency, analyze key performance indicators, and foster employee engagement.

Essential Functions:

• Lead parts procurement team.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Manage $500k+ parts inventory.
• Coordinate unit breakdowns for comprehensive parts coverage.
• Handle personnel management tasks.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan and participate in employee engagement events.
• Coordinate with support groups.
• Ensure parts department organization and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in warehouse management and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS and Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage people.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
