Job Summary
The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the parts department and staff at John Sinclair Nissan in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. They will be in charge of managing inventory, ordering parts, quality control, and other parts department operations. They will also be responsible for building relationships with vendors and establishing contracts. This is a full time position and will report directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the parts inventory to ensure parts are available as needed.
- Ensure quality control and maintain acceptable levels of accuracy when ordering parts
- Manage the parts operations team including staff, vendors, and members of management
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and create contracts
- Manage pricing and cost structure for all parts
- Oversees ordering and delivery of parts from vendors
- Analyze sales and track inventory levels
- Ensure that all parts are properly accounted for and stored
- Responsible for all customer service and warranty issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in parts operations and management
- Strong understanding of automotive parts and inventory systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
