The Parts Kits Fulfillment Associate is responsible for processing MQ genuine Parts Kits orders. Parts will be picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Parts Kits Fulfillment Associate will ensure daily orders are fulfilled; work schedule may require working overtime. Responsibilities also include receiving and storage of MQ parts, housekeeping, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Ensure all Parts Kits are packaged, labeled, and shipped accurately to meet MQ quality standards.
- Print, review and fulfill orders to follow parts kit guidelines, read details for any special requirements.
- Communicates part kit updates to management, applicable company employees, channel partners and customers.
- Maintain material requirements for all Parts Kits, including corrugated boxes, packing material, etc
- Ensure parts and kits are stored properly, following department guidelines.
- Discusses defective, unacceptable goods or services with staff, vendors, and management to determine source of trouble and assist with corrective action.
- Assist with training new Parts Kits Fulfillment employees.
- Operate packing hand tools; Poly bag sealer, stapler, utility knife, tape dispenser.
- Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
- Other duties may include but not limited to loading, unloading, scanning, labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, repacking, moving, staging, locating, relocating, and stacking product.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area to ensure safety and the cleanliness of processing Parts Kits.
- Complies with departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned.
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); At least 3 years of related warehouse experience
- Read and understand standard Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Operate forklift and other material handling equipment is a plus.
- Navigate Microsoft windows, Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, and other basic computer programs.
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems; SAP experience is a plus.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail is a must; performs all tasks using a high level of accuracy.
- Basic math skills: count and calculate figures by adding, subtracting, multiplication and division.
- Work overtime including Saturdays.
- Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned.

- Base pay range of $23.00-$26.00/hour
