WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is dedicated to helping the people of Acadiana keep their vehicles running smoothly. Experience in automotive parts sales is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is organized, ambitious, personable, and committed to meaningful work. We're looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Eagerness to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret safety and maintenance documents.
- Proficiency in calculating figures and amounts.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

WHAT DO YOU DO?
As a Service Advisor, your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the parts sales process from start to finish.
- Communicating with staff and customers professionally.
- Providing efficient and accurate information regarding customer parts status.
- Reviewing body shop estimates and verifying correct parts and pricing.
- Providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.
- Maintaining accurate stock through regular bin checks.
- Notifying the parts manager of any out-of-stock parts or urgent shop materials.
- Ensuring all internal requests for parts are billed correctly.
- Receiving payments from retail customers or obtaining authorization.
