We are currently interviewing for a full time Parts Advisor / Counter-person
Parts Counter Person Qualifications:
- Performance based attitude. Ready to help and exceed customers' expectations.
- Work History.
- Must be a team player.
- Experience is desired in Automotive repair, parts sales, inventory control, etc. We will train the right candidate if they have similar type experience in a different field. .
Parts Counter Person Responsibilities:
- Assist retail customers, wholesale customers, service department technicians and sales department inquiries either by phone or in person.
- Accurately fill customer parts requests and answer questions competently.
- Assist in inventory control, checking in orders, stocking shelves etc.
- Willingness to assist in other departments if necessary.
Parts Counter Person Skills and Experience:
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Self-motivated positive attitude
- Dealership and or retail Parts Counter experience
- CDK DMS experience.
- Proficient customer service skills, computer skills, phone skills, multitasking and organization skills.
