SalaryJob Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- General Parts counter duties include parts ordering, sales, internal sales, inventory and stocking.
- The idea candidate would be organized with friendly personality, have exceptional time management skills, have the ability to successfully communicate with your customers and team, and have a professional appearance.
What are the requirements for this job?
- A high school diploma.
- Two years' experience as a parts specialist at an Automobile Dealership
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Additional experience in an automotive parts department
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
