Parts Clerk

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Parts Clerk. As a Parts Clerk, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering parts, and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. This is a vital role in our organization, as it directly impacts our ability to provide efficient and reliable service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Utilize an order management system to place orders for parts and track deliveries
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Perform regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the procurement management team to source new suppliers and negotiate pricing
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure proper storage and organization of parts

Skills:
- Proficiency in using order management systems to track inventory
- Experience in procurement management and supply chain processes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
