Parts Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking an parts Associate to join our team. As a parts Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a motorcycle parts retail or customer service role is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of motorcycle repair is a plus
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to negotiate and upsell products or services
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus, but not required
- Familiarity with market trends and customer preferences is advantageous
- Phone etiquette and professional demeanor

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
