Description
Inuvo is looking for a Partner Success Manager (PSM) to join our Account Services team. PSMs are responsible for supporting our agency partners through the onboarding process, monitoring KPIs, collaborating with our engineers to resolve technical issues, providing guidance on best practices, and participating in product development to support partners. PSMs work closely with the Sales teams to ensure we provide the right support for our partners to help them grow their business with us. Applicants likely to succeed in this role have a strong understanding of web conversion optimization, are highly organized, possess an analytical mindset, and have a proven track record of collaboration across various partners and departments within an organization.
Onboarding:

  • Assist partners throughout the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate internal setup for partners in a timely manner.
  • Test sites before handing them over to partners.
  • Ensure accurate reporting based on partner requirements.
  • Address any technical questions internally or externally.

Technical Support:
  • Act as the first point of contact for partners' technical support post onboarding.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
  • Utilize Jira for tracking open items.

Reporting and Analytics:
  • Monitor KPI reports for any operational issues and communicate network standards to partners.
  • Notify partners or internal team members when numbers deviate significantly from norms.
  • Define or even create dashboards and APIs for partners.
  • Spearhead additional reporting requirements to support product and partner analytics.

Cross Team Collaboration:
  • Communicate across multiple teams, including Developers, Data Engineers, Analysts, Partner Managers, and Campaign Managers.
  • Share pertinent information with each respective team.
  • Provide support to Finance for billing information each month.

Optimization:
  • Guide partners on industry and network best practices.
  • Analyze data for performance patterns and present insights to partners.
  • Collaborate internally to effectively communicate data to partners.
  • Conduct experiments and share results with partners and the product team.

Product Feedback:
  • Act as the primary point of contact with partners, providing substantial product feedback on current and future development.
  • This may include writing basic requirements or product vision documents.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in fields related to search advertising, technical support, or project management.
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and performance marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions.
  • Collaborative attitude, while also capable of making quick, informed decisions.
  • Preferred: Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and Pixels.
