Requirements:


Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day communications with partners to ensure expectations are met. Must be on the forefront of partner communications and responsible for any needed escalations to executive management.
  • Work closely with partners, company leadership, and other stakeholders to identify and develop plans for growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership to develop business plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Create prescriptive and customized Partner Success plans based on company goals and local market challenges.
  • Ensure that sentiment is strong between partner and company, serve as a partner advocate, and lead cross-functional efforts to ensure a strong relationship with our partners.
  • Build relationships with local Chambers, Economic Development Authorities, and other community organizations/stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth in both residential and commercial sectors.
  • Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization to maintain a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm, pride, and quality of service to the members.
  • Attend events as needed to help promote the company.
  • Capture and review any competitive information gathered and proactively communicate this information to Marketing.
  • Performs any other related duties as assigned.
  • Reports to Director of Sales

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Track and report on all plans and initiatives to gauge effectiveness and progress.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with each partner.
  • Act as data strategist for each partner and be able to prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations on partner satisfaction, company performance, market insights, trends, and activities to senior management.
