Partner (Real Estate)

Position: Partner (Real Estate/Land Use/Transactional Practitioner)

Location: Concord, NH

Responsibilities:

Provide expertise in Real Estate, land use, and transactional matters, serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Handle a wide range of legal matters related to Real Estate transactions, land use planning, zoning regulations, and property development.

Negotiate and draft contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal documents.

Conduct due diligence, title searches, and property assessments.

Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation proceedings as necessary.

Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting Real Estate and land use practices.

Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions and exceptional client service.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar, with active licensure in good standing.

Proven experience practicing Real Estate law, land use law, and transactional law.

Proven track record of generating and maintaining a substantial book of business ($275,000+ minimum).

Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $190,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
