Overview:
Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. As a Partner Liaison, you will be responsible for supporting efforts to build and maintain a reliable and dedicated Independent Contractor workforce.
What you'll do:
- Process the onboarding of new Independent Contractors (ICs), including candidate interviews, welcome package, forms distribution, collection and uploading to IC profile in Vision, training, & separation
- Welcoming the newly released ICs and acclimating them to local protocol and exposure to live jobs before independent work
- Fully understand all Veritext products and services and be able to train IC partners on the products and services they utilize in their assignments
- Handle the initial and annual verification of individual Independent Contractor statuses
- Act as a liaison between ICs and Calendar teams
- Counsel ICs on proper conduct when issues arise
- Daily assistance to ICs who have issues with software and file submission, Veritext products and provide support for various issues as they arise
- Identify IC high performance & career pathing opportunities as well as negotiate rates to align with regional goals
- Work with the scheduling team to ensure proper usage of IC’s
- Keep ICs informed and abreast of Veritext policies as relates to ICs when issued
- Create metrics for the team, as well as a system of goals and incentives
- Provide training as needed and manage performance
- Understand Company targets and strive to meet and exceed
- Understand Veritext products and services, their value and commensurate fees
- Participate in and absorb all trainings including Veritext University, Summer Camp, in-person development sessions, etc.
- Ensure that departmental training and procedure materials are current, effective and utilized
- Collaborate with Quality Assessment team to monitor and coach to performance issues and trends
- Actively facilitate and monitor Community Network & Reporter Roundtable forums to remain up to date on all Digital Reporting processes & policies
- Drive analysis reporting and conversation including discussing strategy, roadblocks and established utilization goals ensuring ICs are being utilized optimally compared to their desired availability to meet their needs and Veritext goals
Who you are:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant court reporting experience
- Proficiency in MS Office required (i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Excellent management skills
- Ability to analyze workflow and make changes to meet IC needs
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact effectively
- Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately
- Must be detail oriented, organized, be able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet or exceed deadlines
- Proactive and motivated with strong problem solving and follow up skills
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be detail oriented, organized and be able to multi-task
- Prior knowledge of/experience working as a court reporter preferred
